September 2006, tag acquires Parallel Lines, a 26-year-old Chicago-based designer, manufcaturer and importer of furniture.
tag maintains Parallel Lines' operations and launches a new line of furniture under the brand name tfg, also known as tag Furnishings Group.
tfg specializes in contemporary lifestyle furniture, constructed with stainless steel, powder-coated steel, glass and wood finishes. tfg's product offerings include occasional and dining tables, end and coffee tables, console and cocktail tables. Other products available include seating, media centers, bookcases, mirrors, wine tables and wine storage.
tfg can be found in premium independent and specialty furniture retailers around the world.
