How does the loyalty program work?
Shop - Shop everyday and seasonal collections and earn your tier based on qualifying invoiced order dollars.
Qualify - Earn your tier level for the current year and enjoy the benefits through the following year.
Earn Discounts - The more we ship, the more discount you can earn!

How do I earn my tier?
Tier requirements are based on invoiced orders (excluding freight) within a calendar year (1/1 - 12/31)
When do my discounts start working?
Once a tier level is established, it will take effect immediately after order is invoiced and will be applied to future orders.
How do I go up a tier?
Rising tier status is based on invoiced orders (excluding freight) achieved in same calendar year for next level tier.
How long is my discount active for?
Participants receive their tier discount for the remainder of the calendar year in which it is earned and in the subsequent calendar year.
Program Disclaimers
Member must re-qualify for INSIDER status each calendar year.
Customers must remain in good credit standing to maintain loyalty discount status.
