Program Details

  • Tier requirements are based on invoiced orders (excluding freight) within a calendar year (1/1 - 12/31).
  • Once a tier level is established, it will take effect immediately after order is invoiced and will be applied to future orders.
  • Rising tier status is based on invoiced orders (excluding freight) achieved in same calendar year for next level tier.
  • Participants receive their tier discount for the remainder of the calendar year in which it is earned
    in the subsequent calendar year.
  • Member must re-qualify for tag INSIDER status each calendar year.
  • Customers must remain in good credit standing to maintain loyalty discount status.
  • Applies to Everyday and Seasonal orders.
  • Faire Orders do not qualify towards tag INSIDER Loyalty Status.
